A. We receive your order right away or next business day.
Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Shipping is calculated by UPS on during check out. We use UPS ground shipping.
Q. When will I receive a tracking number?
A. Once your order is placed I will email you back a confirmation of your order. Once you have confirmed all the details of your design are correct, the process of creating your gi will begin. It will take up to 2 weeks to complete and I will keep you updated the way. Once it is finished I will pack and ship it to you and send you tracking.
Q. Do I receive an invoice?
A. Yes, right after you place an order, you should be getting an e-invoice via email to you.
Q. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal
International Order - Orders outside of the United States
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. Yes, we do. Please pick your country at check out. Shipping will be provided by DHL. Please note you will be responsible for any import duties.
