Returns
Customized items
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately customized items cannot be refunded. Once we customize any item with your name or brand on it we can’t sell it to anyone but you. But don't worry I havea very detailed approval process so you will know what you are getting and you will be able to confirm your design or change anything before it is made.
Refunds (if applicable)
I am confident in our products that I let our customers return any item within 14 days with money-back guarantee after received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dspln.com
